Overview
Codonics Digital Portable X-Ray Solutions offer an all-in-one, mobile, system for ambulatory and inpatient care areas. The x-ray monoblock generator is available in 5.0kW (120 kV/100 mA), 3.2 kW (100 kV/60 mA) or 2.8 kW (120 kV/35 mA). It secures to a portable cart for imaging where you need it, and includes on-board storage for a laptop computer and wireless DR detector to keep everything you need at your fingertips. Our DR flat panel detector also fits seamlessly into existing tables and/or a wall bucky to replace your existing CR. It all comes bundled with a Horizon Multi-media Imager, completing the digital solution and providing you with a variety of hardcopy media options for diagnosis, consultation or file copy. The flexibility of this comprehensive, lightweight, quick to deploy, mobile x-ray system makes it easy-to-use and provides you with quality printed images in seconds. Applications include retirement/nursing homes, prison inmates, triage in disaster situations, large crowd gatherings (e.g. concert venues), military, cruise ships, veterinary use.

Our 5.0kW at 200-240V portable x-ray, 3.2 kW at 200-240V portable x-ray or our 2.8 kW at 110-120V or 200-240V portable x-ray can be configured with all the items you need for a turn-key solution that creates digital images in seconds, significantly reducing your existing exam times and greatly improving productivity.
The portable cart is practical and easy-to-use (including on-board storage for a laptop computer and DR panel). It is designed so one person can easily load it into most liftback cars, vans and utility vehicles. It folds up compactly to a dimension of just 1360 x 630 x 630 mm and weighs 75 kg.
Our wireless DR detector, with amorphous silicon detector and high sensitivity cesium iodide scintillator, conveniently fits into your current table, wall bucky and mobile x-ray applications. The sync-less x-ray trigger in the detector will not change your workflow or the x-ray hardware, yet greatly improves your efficiency.
Bundling a Codonics Horizon Multi-media Imager completes the solution, providing an array of digital hardcopy media outputs including diagnostic film and paper in multiple sizes, conveniently designed for a desktop. To keep pace with demanding workflows, Horizon prints up to 100 films an hour, holding up to three media cassettes and 300 sheets of film on line simultaneously.
